Weight Loss Tablets Biography

Source:- Google.com.pk
I found them to be a very effective appetite suppressant. So much so that at first I thought "This is great -I don't have to eat anything at all!"

So I became a bit lightheaded and developed a spotty complexion.

I know of people who, if they got hold of these, would definitely, definitely starve themselves until they collapsed. All in an effort to match a certain supermodel's dress size. And they'd think they were being really clever in doing so.

The Sun newspaper kindly pointed out this week, having reported on a soup-dieter's death and the French president's collapsing due to excess dieting, that if you restrict your calorie intake too much then your body compensates by slowing you down and making you sleepy in order to save precious energy (calories). The fact that The Sun is more informative than this dietary supplement company says it all really. (Who'd get dietary advice from a currant-bun after all?!)

The pills come with no dietary advice whatsoever, just instructions on the label saying to take 1 or 2 pills twice a day. And a suggestion to visit their website for more details. The 'more info' button on their website against this product simply links directly to a 'Buy now!' screen. Granted, scrolling down does give some spiel but it seems to be the same limited info which appears on the pot. Also, there's a link to joke reviews such as 'These are great -I'm losing a pound a day!'.

There IS actually some dietary advice given on their website, which is found outside the individual product info screens. This advice recommends eating three meals a day PLUS three snacks like nuts etc to have between meals. Excuse me, but that's why I need to lose weight in the first place.

Also included on their website is a Legal Disclaimer which states that these pills are not medicine but a food supplement (obviously therefore relieving them of much responsibility). And that you should consult your doctor before embarking on any diet. They state that their products are sold on the basis that you are combining them with a high protein diet. Well actually, Bio-Synergy, I don't know how you can make this claim when no such disclaimer is displayed on the product itself.

The pills are supposed to work in 2 ways, by suppressing your appetite and speeding up your metabolism. I don't really like my metabolism to be forcefully sped-up so I kept to one pill at a time. At the full dose I constantly felt a bit like I'd drunk too much coffee; I wouldn't fancy driving or anything like that but then perhaps I'm over-cautious.

The real trick is to eat very healthily with the reduced calories that you allow yourself. Taking these pills and having a packet of crisps for breakfast and a packet of biscuits for lunch is not a great idea. But I'm sure there are those who will do EXACTLY that and be really pleased with themselves.

Over a couple of weeks I lost a few pounds. I started at exactly 12 stone and the scales have gone down a couple of notches. I'm a bloke, not particularly overweight but at 42 definitely filling-out over the years.

These pills did 'work' for me (surprisingly well in fact) and without any acute side-effects (no horrible follow-through incidents as have been reported with other styles of pills). In fact, with adequate guidance, this could be an EXCELLENT product! But I am astonished by the lack of accompanying nutritional advice. I think this is very irresponsible and such a stupid omission on Bio-Synergy's part. With the right documentation I would award them four stars; they don't really deserve the 3 I've given them.

Honestly, it is beyond me why Bio-Synergy don't want to raise their profile by showing that they are knowledgeable about nutrition. Part of their customer base must SURELY be slightly wary of 'popping' pills and the best way of reassuring these potential customers would be to offer detailed and helpful dietary guidance.

Instead, they seem to be happy to promote the naughty, dodgy, guilty-secret aspect of taking pills to lose weight.

I also don't like the use of terms like 'Body Perfect'. They seem to be courting the 'I hate my body!' personalities in society. Of which I hear there are many.

I am over-reacting, perhaps. But it is my opinion that their marketing is simply further exploitation of celebrity-obsessed young women who have inferiority complexes imposed upon them by the media and commerce, conveniently drawing them to products like these which may even physically harm them.

A great product that really seems to have worked for me.
I'd never taken anything like this before, but started taking two a day witha glass of water before breakfast and have seen my weight loss increase.
I am a fairly active person anyway, but always found that weight loss was slow. These pills have seemed to speed things up, there have been no side-effects and I'll soon be ordering another batch.

Having tried a numbrer of fat burners over the last 20 years I have found that whilst many have been ok, thi s has by far been the best as I have not experienced any downside. I exercise regularly adnd have aways done so but find that my diet (too many burgers!) let's me down and that the body perfect capsules have helped compensate. Would highly recpommend as have lost approx 2lbs per week over an 8 week period.

Hoodia Gordonii has been widely marketed as an appetite suppressor and therefore as a dieting aid. There are no published results of scientific trials showing that it works; additionally there are worries about the effects that taking it has on the liver. Reviews of the product here on Amazon range from 'wonderful' through 'did nothing' to 'made me feel ill'. Nevertheless, these seemed worth a try.

The manufacturers do warn that the results that can be expected from this product "vary from person to person". My test subject found that these extremely high dosage capsules fell firmly into the 'no noticeable effect' category and so (given the concerns about liver damage) stopped taking them about half way through the pack.

I guess in the final analysis, the only sure and safe way of losing weight is to eat a bit less of the fattening stuff, get a bit more exercise, and find a way to reduce (or overcome) the temptation to eat fattening snacks. Saving on the expense of somewhat dubious products such as this is probably altogether a good move, too.
