Source:- Google.com.pkThis is the type of topic which everyone have some suggestions to give, I search all over the web and there are millions of ideas to gain weight. Some ideas are good and some are bad, but don’t worry because im going to give you some ideas which i personally feels are the best way to gain weight becouse i have gained 25 pounds in 2 months with hard work and by using some simple techniques. Without giving any other example or story i am coming straight to the point so read and follow.
1. Take 5 to 6 meals in a day. If you want to bulk up quickly you need to take 5 to 6 meals in a day because it will provide you continuous supply of energy and nutrients. Make a diet chart by yourself (or take help) and start eating from early morning because you need to take 3-4 hours break between meals to digest them properly.
2. Eat food rich in calories. To gain weight you need to increase calories in your body. You need to focus on healthy and calories rich food like fish oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, dark chocolate, pasta, raisins, avocados, fruit juice , breads, dairy products, fast food, fruits and vegetables. You can mix these items along with your meals and increase your calories everyday.
3. Visit gym 5-6 days. If you want to convert your fat in muscles you need to visit gym 5 to 6 times in a week. To bulk up you need to lift heavy weights and do less reps, also take 2-3 min break between sets. You can also drink recovery shake or protein shake during exercise to recover quickly. Exercises like dead lifts, squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, barbell rows, bar dips and pull ups are good to bulk up quickly and don’t do cardio exercises.
4. Supplements. If you are underweight then you can take doctor’s advice or supplements. Some supplements are good and some have chemicals in them which are not good for health so take advice before purchasing them. I will recommend you to take some whey protein powder or creatine.
5. Rest. Rest plays an important role, because when you do some work you are burning your calories and calories are exactly what you need to gain weight. I am not saying that you should become lazy or sleep all day, just decrease your activity level and take atleast 8 hours of sleep.
If you follow these steps for two months you will see drastic change in yourself. Just do it, thanks for reading. All the best
Everyone has a hard time starting an exercise program. But the process can be especially hard if you are overweight. These are just a few of the reasons that an overweight exerciser might struggle at the gym:
Equipment doesn't fit. Some exercise equipment is not appropriate for larger bodies. Weight lifting machines, for example, may not accommodate a bigger body and that can make using the machine both uncomfortable and ineffective.
Different movement dynamics. People who carry more weight move differently than people who have smaller frames. The center of gravity is different for an obese body and for that reason, taking some group exercise classes may be less comfortable. Overweight exercisers may have a hard time keeping up with the tempo of a fast-moving class, not because they aren't coordinated but simply because it takes more time for them to move through the steps.
Trainers aren't qualified. An exercise program for an overweight client needs to specially tailored to their body type. Exercises that require them to lay on the floor - like abdominal crunches - are generally not appropriate for larger bodies. But not all trainers are qualified or aware of these special considerations.
Intimidating environment. Let's face it, going into any new environment is challenging. But going into a gym when you feel out of shape is especially challenging both emotionally and physically.
So how do you start an exercise program if you are overweight? The first step is to ask for help. Before you join a gym, ask if there are trainers who are qualified to work with overweight clients and interview them before you invest. There are also some exercise formats and classes that are better suited for bigger bodies. Use this guide to find something you like.
Have you ever had one of those moments where you dive into a bag of potato chips or eat your way through a tray of brownies? Most of us have. But some people have more binge eating episodes than others. Researchers are trying to figure out why some people are more likely to overeat because the episodes can be harmful in several different ways.
What is Binge Eating?
Binge eating is defined as an episode where you consume a large amount of food in a short period of time. Binge eating, as defined for research purposes, does not include purging (bingeing followed by purging may indicate the presence of an eating disorder). Of course, excessive overeating can make it nearly impossible to lose weight. But in addition, binge eaters often feel depressed disgusted, guilty or out of control after the episode, according to researchers.
Why Does Binge Eating Occur?
A recent study found that television use is a strong predictor of binge eating behavior in overweight adults who are trying to lose weight. Researchers did not establish that binge eating happened during television watching. But they did find that people who watched the most television were the people who were most likely to have episodes of overeating.
If you are a binge eater, have you ever thought about why the episodes occur? It's possible that some people overeat because they aren't paying attention to the amount of food being consumed. This would be consistent with the researchers findings; it's easy to eat mindlessly while watching television. But sometimes we eat too much because we are bored, hurt, angry or hopeless. If you are trying to lose weight and occasionally binge eat, exploring an answer could make a big difference in your program. Use these resources to get an answer.
