Medical Weight Loss Biography
Source:- Google.com.pkDid you know that Estradiol, the active form of estrogen, performs 400 different functions in the female body? These functions include collagen production for the skin and protection against heart disease, memory loss, Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and cancer. Estradiol has been scientifically shown to reduce the risk of osteoporosis, osteopenia, arthritis, macular degeneration, tooth loss, hair loss and many other maladies that affect us as we age. Excess belly fat is another symptom of low hormones, particularly low estradiol.
Typically, postmenopausal women have little or no estradiol. Some perimenopausal women may also have insufficient estradiol which may explain their inability to become pregnant. Women also produce estrone and estriol, the other forms of estrogen. Estradiol is also important to men as it provides protection against prostate cancer, heart disease and memory loss.
Natural Bio Health has offered estrogen therapy for more than 14 years in its clinics located in Austin, Odessa, San Antonio and College Station, Texas. Hot flashes, a common symptom in the postmenopausal years, are most often due to the decline in estrogen as women enter into their non-child bearing ages. Many women suffer from the more severe symptoms of low estrogen (and low progesterone, thyroid, DHEA, pregnenolone and testosterone). Besides hot flashes, these can include interrupted sleep, low energy, depression, anxiety, sagging skin and increasing wrinkles, dental issues, and many others. Some women have very few or no symptoms so state that they7 feel “fine” and have no need for hormones.
The unfortunate truth is that regardless of feeling “fine”, these women also have small amounts or non-measurable levels of hormones in their bodies in their postmenopausal years. There are very few exceptions which help explain the increasing incident of heart disease, memory loss, Alzheimer’s Disease, cancer and other disease processes, as women reach their postmenopausal years. Many men, at the age of 60, have significant levels of estrogen, which might explain why their skin may be healthier than women of the same age and why men have a lower risk of Alzheimer’s Disease.
At Natural Bio Health, we treat all aspects of a woman’s health, regardless of age. We recommend any woman who wants to live a healthy life, test her hormones as well as her cholesterol, blood count, metabolic factors and any heart risk factors she may have. Most diseases are preventable through hormone balancing and hormone therapy with bioidentical hormones, health eating, exercise and stress management. Most disease processes can be stopped in their tracks if caught earlier enough by proper testing and interpretation.

Men. Are you over the age of 30? If yes, then you likely have low levels of free testosterone (low T). Why is this important? Testosterone is our primary male hormone and it affects every aspect of our lives. It has been scientifically shown to help prevent heart disease, prostate cancer, depression, diabetes, memory loss and Alzheimer’s Disease. It can help lower blood pressure, reverse type 2 diabetes, and lower cholesterol – all without the use of drugs.
Testosterone is necessary to everyday life. Sex drive, muscle strength, energy, quality of sleep, belly size, mental quickness and clarity, all are affected by your testosterone hormone.
The truth is that today the world we live in is stacking the deck against us. We must deal with testosterone decreases due to aging, the effects of genetically modified foods, pesticides, estrogen added to our meat supply, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, obesity, and stress. All of these have caused testosterone levels to decline at an early age. Most men have low testosterone by age 30.
At Natural Bio Health, we have been treating men of all ages for testosterone deficiencies for more than fourteen years. Having treated thousands of clients in our clinics in Austin, Odessa, San Antonio and College Station, Texas, we have discovered that most men over the age of 30 years of age are at risk of having low testosterone. A simple lab test for free and total testosterone will determine if you are deficient in this primary male hormone. We also test your estrogen level to determine if testosterone is excessively converting to estrogen. Another important test is DHEA. This hormone is often called the body’s repair hormone and master hormone. We also test HGH levels if requested.
Other lab tests. We offer tests for the major heart factors including cholesterol, homocysteine, and CRP. We test kidney functions, blood count, iron levels and many other male health factors. Testosterone is of course a major heart risk factor in that low levels are associated with heart disease. The good news is that higher or more youthful levels are associated with a healthy heart.
Suboptimal levels of testosterone. We have found that most men over 30 have less than optimal levels of free testosterone. More and more, we are finding the younger males can also have these difficulties. Suspected reasons include our toxic environment, phytoestrogens and pesticides in our food, genetically modified grains, increasing body fat, pre-diabetes and “supersizing” our food supply.
Loss of Muscle Mass. As we age, our testosterone levels naturally decline as does our muscle Many men experience decreased muscle mass and strength, as well as a decrease in bone mass and an increase in abdominal fat. Studies show that the latter two pay a role in degenerative diseases such as osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Increasing your testosterone levels to optimal levels helps restore muscle, strength and energy.
Personalized Health – Not Insurance Care. At Natural Bio Health, we offer more than conventional medicine offers. This is more than a annual check-up. Our comprehensive tests represent your personalized health forecasts that identity potential disease risks. They also track the results of our treatment and prevention programs. Clinics that offer no testing or minimum testing are doing their male testosterone patients a great disservice and putting them at risk.
Get tested. Order Your Tests. Low testosterone is getting a lot of publicity but it should always be treated as a medical condition. It is up to YOU to order your tests and find out exactly where you stand. Do not accept a GUESS – TEST.
